Copy of borrower and co borrower’s most recent paystub for the last 30 days
Copy of borrower and co borrower’s recent 2 years of W-2s
2 years’ tax returns (All pages, k-1s, and 1099s)
2 months’ bank statements, stock accounts, and retirement accounts (all pages for all accounts provided). Terms of withdrawal are required on all retirement accounts.
If self-employed 2-year business returns and a current P&L and balance sheet for the business
Copy of borrower and co borrower’s Driver’s Licenses

The Team then takes over the process and gets you successfully to the closing table by working closely with your lender.
Liz is also a trained Premier Marketing Expert! If you have a home that needs to be sold, Liz is ready to help you through that process as well with the same high standards as she has for the purchasing process.
